BAARS has introduced eyewear providing the functionality of a hinge without disadvantages of traditional hinges like loose temples or broken hinges. In our patented hinge-free eyewear the front and the temples are connected with magnetic power instead of mechanical parts. BAARS eyewear is one of kind and targeted to the high-end optical retailer. Our frames are handmade in France and thus adhere to strict quality, environmental and social standards. Our USP not only adds value for the wearer but also for the optician needing to differentiate themself from the increasing competition. When selling BAARS eyewear our retailers do not only sell a beautifully made, high-end and truly unique eyewear, they sell their own marketing tool as wearers of a BAARS frame are very likely to talk about it to their families, friends, co-workers etc.
We are a young, small, independant company with ambitious and exciting developments. We are now expanding in some of our key territories in Europe as well as in North America and are seeking sales representatives to join our team.

Tasks & Responsibilities
Presentation and selling of our collection to optical specialty shops
Consulting with customers about the products and marketing strategies
Communicating detailed knowledge of products and collaborations
Present brand trainings and provide on-site technical support to customers
Maintaining strong existing customer relationships
Identification and research of potential new customers
Serving as liaison between customers and headquarter after sales team
Monitoring and reporting on market client activities
Periodical sales planning and sales analysis
Required profile & qualifications
Well organized and dynamic personality
Confident and stylistically self-assured
Highly motivated and flexible team player, also able to work independently
Flexible and willing to travel
Relevant work experience
Good presentation and communication skills
Fluent in the English language (spoken and written) / Fluency in at least one other major European language (Italian, Spanish, French, German) / Proficient in use of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) / Driving licence
